curl your fingers along the direction of the arrow that is the current with your right hand... the direction of you thumb will point inside the screen which is -k

How the direction of magnetic field induction is in negative Y axis it should be along negative Z axis

Due to the third semi infinte wire... if you place your thumb along the direction of current then your fingers will point along -Y direction... watch it carefully again...
